Deleting posts from my blog

With pain in heart I am in a process of re-writing some low-quality posts that still have some essence and deleting the posts that failed in transfer the intended message.

I don't like this kind of self-censorship which I suppress the past-me, but I think it's for a good cause and he would agree: Requirements increased, and the concept of a "good content" is now clearer and easier to judge. So I can do it better now.

The goal is redesign the persona I was transferring from "someone that was deeply inside tech but still was insecure about his depth, meaning he was going deeper" to "someone that has some to teach and reasons to take leadership, however sees learning as virtue". The removal of the "self depreciation" pusher is safer because those that don't have enough context might think superficially "a incompetent that failed to understand tech" instead what I wanted: "a thirsty that prefered growth than reputation".

Either way, this is excessive explanation. I'll bring more professionalism to this place, which mean some cold-ish communication, less thoughts and memories and more facts and methods. Not the complete absence of my flavors, but something softer (or hidden behind some extra clicks).

Let's see if worth. You can inspect my conclusion by checking if I pivoted away from the "professionalism as goal" idea.

I reverted, see this log.
